Missing 0n 6/30/22 was taking a Amtrak train from Florida to New York. Missing apparently got of in Philadelphia thinking it was NY. Missing was got back on train and spoke with family via phone from Penn Station just after midnight (7/1/22). Missing's mental status sounded altered to family. Family had phone contact with him on 7/2/22 and missing thought he was in Haverstraw, NY but family does not believe he was. Missing's phone is no longer working. On 7/3/22, last credit card activity for missing at a store somewhere in NYC.
